The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing easy access to many nearby attractions. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, addressing any concerns or questions we had during our stay. Additionally, the stocked cupboards with essentials such as tea, coffee, and cleaning products were a nice touch.
The garden area could have been better maintained, as it was a bit messy and lacking a cozy outdoor seating area. Furthermore, we encountered some issues with the cleanliness of the property, including dust and dirty marks on the furniture.

I had a great value for money at Brome House in Carterton. The rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions. The staff treated me well and were always quick to respond to any queries or concerns.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better is having more variety of food options in the morning.
